How to Make Sake Macaron

Have you ever had any sake flavored desserts? This Japanese sake video shows you a sake recipe that turns a classic macaron into Japanese styled Macaron.

Sake Macaron Recipe Ingredients:
– 50g almond powder
– 90g powdered sugar
– 20g granulated sugar
– 5g egg white powder
– 50g egg white
– 50g white chocolate
– 45cc fresh cream
– 1 tsp sake
– Edible gold Kanji sheet”kotobuki”
