By limiting the type of Sake, we offer very high quality sake and get high reputation from sake connoisseurs.
Yamahai is an ancient sake brewing method that cleverly uses natural resources such as lactic acid bacteria, yeast, and the cold winter weather. While this method requires manual labor, time, and experience, the powerful and rich flavor is worth it.
