Sake is not just for sipping neat. If you prefer your cocktails on the savory side, try this Bloody Mary with a special twist.
The Bloody Mary recipe:
- 2.5 oz (74ml) of Sake (here: Yokaichi Mugi)
- 1/2 oz (15ml) of Lemon Juice
- 6 oz (178ml) Tomato Juice
- 1/2 tsp Wasabi Powder
- 1/4 oz (7ml) Worcestershire Sauce
- 3-4 drops of Tapatio
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients in one glass. Add ice-cubes and stir until having an even blend. Rim the border of a new glass with salt, lemon and lime zest. Fill it with ice and pour the cocktail inside. Serve with sushi and ginger and enjoy your Bloody Mary with Sake twist.
